Booking Policy

We will be tightening the reins with cancellations and no-shows, so it is very important you let us know if you can't make it.

​Please read this prior to making a booking:
"We will require 24 hours notice of any cancellations. If you fail to turn up or cancel within 4 hours of your appointment, it will then be logged on your account.  After 3 no-shows/cancellations within a 6 month period we then require you to pay in full for any future appointments at the time of making the booking. Failure to show up or short notice cancellations will consequently lead to the deposit being forfeited by you."
"The day before your treatment you will receive a text or email reminder (based upon personal preference). Please reply “yes” to this message to confirm your appointment."
"All lash bookings require a deposit of $30 to be paid to secure your appointment.  Details of payment will be emailed to you.  We can not guarantee your appointment if you fail to pay the deposit.  If you cancel within 4 hours or no show, the deposit will be non refundable."
